Prom Hairstyle for Short Hair




It is not the end of the world if you ever had to cut your hair short just in time for prom. Remember that as long as the hairstyle looks great on you, it does not matter if it is short or long. 1. Make your hair look good!





What good is long hair if it is not shiny and silky? The same goes with the short hair. Although it is easier to manage, you should still make sure that everything is shiny and soft. Before the prom, set an appointment with a salon and get a perm or a hot oil treatment so that your hair will be manageable. No hairstyle can top a beautiful silky hair.

Remember that there are people who are okay with curly hair while there are other who will look fatter with “fatter” hair. If you can try to do some research through the internet or through various prom magazines for the perfect curly hairstyle. A week before the prom, try on the different hairstyles at home wearing your dress if possible. You don’t really need to go to the salon to do this trials. You just need a curling iron and of course a visual picture on the other. Try on different styles and then decide what looks good on you.





3. Hair accessories





Having short hair will make you appear real simple come prom night. Anticipate this and try to out some glimmering or shiny hair accessories in your hair. This will help create an illusion of glamour and elegance even if what you have is a simple short hair hairstyle. This is really important as short hair can appear really boring sometimes.
