Michael asks…What are some Halloween party ideas for toddlers?I'm wanting to have a Halloween party for my 17 month old (then almost 19 months) and a bunch of our friends who have kids similar in age. Right now I can think of a "decorate your own cupcake" table, face painting, and photographs of the kids in their costumes and with their families.
